Late Post – July 14 Tournament Recap

Twenty-four boats came out to fish with us despite some tough conditions. The bite was slow as the river rose nearly 2 feet over the previous five days, making for a challenging day on the water.

Josh and Johnny battled through the conditions to take the win with just under 16 pounds.

Congratulations to Hayden and Gunner for landing Big Bass of the Day, tipping the scales at 6.31 pounds! 🎣

Thanks to everyone who came out and fished with us. We appreciate the support and look forward to seeing everyone at the next event!

The weights were down at our Tuesday evening event thanks to some tough fishing, but the competition couldn’t have been any closer! Less than 4 ounces separated 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

David Stanton and Chris Franco came out on top, edging out our Team of the Year leaders by just 0.01 ounces! That’s about as close as it gets.

Congratulations to Steve and Hayden Lester for bringing in Big Bass of the Night, weighing 5.5 pounds! 🎣

With only a few events left before the Classic, the race for the championship is heating up. Come join us on August 8 as we crown this year’s champions!

These anglers flat-out catch them!

🥈 Right on their heels were the current Team of the Year points leaders, Anthony & Shawn, with another outstanding 29+ pound bag.

🌙🎣 Night bite done right.

Wyatt Nowak putting hands on a beautiful snook under the lights off New Smyrna Beach. Summer nights, slick calm water, and linesiders chewing — it doesn’t get much better than that.

Congrats on an awesome fish, Wyatt! 🔥🐟

Nothing beats your first redfish, and Jack made it one to remember with this beautiful fish caught out of Callalisa Creek. Moments like these are what keep us coming back to the water and passing the sport on to the next generation.

Congratulations, Jack! Here’s to many more tight lines and even bigger stories ahead. 🔥🐟
