So yesterday we went to Pleasure Beach Resort to ride their brand new Intamin gyro swing AVIKTAS 🐍

What an incredible ride Aviktas is! Il not lie, I was slightly nervous for this as I am afraid of heights, and this thing is huge!
But let me tell you Aviktas is fantastic! The lap bar restraints offer a comfortable and thrilling ride. The feeling you get as you hit the top and you feel that weightlessness is second to non!

What’s that one attraction that you wish we had in the UK?

For me it has to be a Mack Extreme Spinner 🌀🎢

Ever since my first ever trip over to Plopsaland Belgium to experience Ride to Happiness, it’s had me in a chokehold.
An insane mix of spins, flips, speed and airtime, unlike anything Iv ever experienced on a coaster before.

Maybe after Thorpe parks success with Hyperia, they could team up with Mack again for something special? 👀

I’m sure you’ve all heard the news by now but it was revealed at the event this past weekend that Paultons Park will be opening the UKs first water coaster in 2027! 💦

Serpents Curse will be manufactured by Mack rides and will be integrated into the new Vikings themed area, Valgard!

We can’t await to see what Paultons create with Serpents Curse. They don’t miss when it comes to creative an immersive attractions, so we just know this coaster is going to be something incredible!

Roll on 2027! 🎢 💦

Yesterday we were invited as part of Paultons Park super fan day, to check out their brand new land of Valgard

Where do we start.
First off, Valgard is by far the most detailed and immersive land of any theme park in the uk. The time and effort put in to every inch of this land is clear to see.

Drakon, the brand new Euro-fighter is the star of the show. The perfect mix of family fun and thrill with some very surprising pops of airtime.

Vild Swing, the uks first Art engineering wild swing was surprisingly fun and Raven, the re-themed bobsled coaster looks brand new!

Every inch of the land is themed to perfection

Paultons park have once again shown why they are the uks premier family theme park

Do you have a park from your childhood that doesn’t exist anymore?

I have so many memories of weekend trips to parks all over the uk when I was a child. Many of which are now defunct.
There’s many to choose from but the one that sticks out for me most is Camelot!

This park was awesome! Effective theming, unique attractions and a fantastic jousting show.
This place was a huge part of my childhood. Sadly it closed its doors for the last time in 2012.

This Saturday sees the opening of the UKs newest rollercoaster DRAKON

Paultons park will unveil this brand new Euro Fighter which is situated in the newly constructed area of Valgrad.

Valgrad also contains the UKs first Art Engineering Wild swing, as-well as a total re-theme of their bobsled coaster.

Will you be stepping inside Valgrad this season?

💦 water rides 💦

👍Love em or 👎 hate em?

Personally I am a massive water rides fan. I think every park should have some kind of water ride on their line up.
They are great fun to ride, especially when you have a group of you!

It’s sad that a lot of parks seem to steer away from them nowadays.
It’s understandable due to us having more cold weather than warm 🥲 but there’s nothing better when the sun does decide to make an appearance.
