I feel like this is what D hears in his head during a session. All hype, no thoughts.

Been working on his front and rhythm in heel. We went back some steps to worked more on his hand touch and me not cuing him so much which has made a huge difference in his attitude for heeling. He gets distracted here and there but way more locked in and excited for it which I love ✨

basically cabbage slaw but i put whatever i want in it 🤩

as a girly who doesn’t like most veggies cooked but also doesn’t want to just sit and eat them all raw. this is the perfect way to get a variety of veggies in and actually enjoy it. this is probably the 5th or 6th time i’ve made this and i wont be stopping.

i usually put cucumbers in it too but they went bad and other than that nothing gets soggy or weird even after multiple days. i’ll just eat this throughout the week until it’s gone. i put it on burgers and eat it every chance i get 😅
