Ding d**g, the witch is dead:) I am not someone who thinks that everyone has to have the same opinions or beliefs, but do think that issues like race or mass v!olence shouldn’t be a
“woke vs right” issue. Winter Garden is a beautiful place to live and would hope that everyone could walk Plant Street feeling safe and welcome in our community. I don’t feel like this place was a good representation of that welcoming sentiment... So to be honest, I’m glad that this eyesore is closed.

We’re doing things that make us happy, so today we’re visiting Cromulent Basement in Orlando’s Mills 50 area. This is a really cool shop with things new, old, and full of nostalgia. They have free diet cokes, you can take a book if you leave a book, the games are free and they’re sensory friendly!

I went to the 2 Girls and a Market’s Orlando Summer Slasher event and one of my favorite things is that this company really values fan feedback. All of their markets have different themes, so it’s really easy to make sure you’re going to find stuff you love, and they brought back the spooky vibes because you guys were demanding more Halloween markets!! They listened!!! 🥹 the girls running the market are also so lovely and have a passion for supporting local businesses and artists, so I always feel like I’m in good company with them. 💕

Day 3 of our Girly Pop Shops!! You made it to the end ✨ if you haven’t noticed yet, I really adore supporting local businesses, especially women owned, creative companies! I’m so sad that we don’t know what the future has in store for Gasp, but for now I’m glad I’ve gotten the chance to explore it and have plenty of cute items to remember the store by 🥲

I finally made time to go to Cami Monet and it’s my new favorite little party shop! As someone who really loves watercolor, I adored her artwork as well 🥹 supporting local businesses, especially women-owned art stores, is so important for our Orlando community, so I hope that the next time you need a gift, are planning a party, or just want to treat yourself, you swing by and see all the whimsy they have to offer in this local shop!

Pt 1!! I just remembered that I can actually treat myself to a fun girly pop day date just because I feel like it!! This is great news. 😭 I love banana matchas and art supply stores for this is what dreams are made of.

Moving from Miami to Orlando, or from the South Florida region to Central Florida?

I’m not here to talk you out of it, but you are going to see a lot of “Don’t do it, we’re full,” online and not a lot of actually helpful answers, so here’s 4 things to keep in mind when making your move.

Obviously there’s soooooo much more to dive into, I just had to keep this short to appease the algorithm monster. But we also have to discuss the fact that lower HOAs and lower home insurance premiums mean you can typically afford more house here than in Southern FL, let alone that our properties are already less expensive! Of course, if you’re interested in making this move I’d love to dive into those details with you one on one.

This is a gated community with no CDD and large homesites. They have 4 lots left if you’d like to build from dirt, and 4 homes you can purchase if you don’t want to wait months on construction to move in.
