I used to think I needed more motivation.
Turns out what I needed was less chaos.

I was making every decision in the moment like packing the diaper bag last minute, figuring out dinner at 5pm, trying to hold every appointment and to-do in my head at once.

So I started planning. My week, my calendar, my meals. Writing it down instead of carrying it all around in my brain.

It wasn’t about becoming more productive.
It was about becoming more present.

Today I almost deleted a video because I didn’t like how I looked. Then I realized my boys won’t care about my hair or my outfit years from now. They’ll just want to remember that I was there.
