Bacterial Vaginosis (BV) happens when there’s an overgrowth of bacteria that disrupts the vagina’s natural balance. Common signs can include increased discharge, a strong odor (often described as “fishy”), especially after in*******se, and sometimes burning during urination. Discharge may appear white or gray in color.
BV is extremely common and is one of the leading vaginal infections among women. Most importantly ; BV does not mean you have poor hygiene. Your body can go through changes due to stress, hormones, products, diet, intimacy, and more.
