I realized I hadn’t posted anything on instagram about a life change. I have officially moved back to Illinois. I’m close to family again and, the picture is me today reclaiming my by getting ahead of it. Some might know I had multiple strokes last year, including one major one that left me hospitalized. Now, I’m trying to fix diet, medicine and movement all at once so I can have a healthy and productive next stage of life. Stay tuned for my adventures in Marengo, Ill.,
