ENTITLED HOMEOWNERS REFUSED TO PAY MY PLUMBER FATHER FOR HIS WORK – THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE THE SMARTEST, BUT HE HAD THE LAST LAUGH.
My dad's a plumber, and he's the kind of man who takes pride in his work like it's his own home. He's the type who'd redo an entire job if he thought it wasn't perfect.
So, he lands this gig for a complete bathroom remodel. We're talking the works – new tiles, new fixtures, the whole shebang. The homeowners were all smiles at first. They picked out every single detail – the tiles, the grout color, and even the position of the sink and toilet. Dad was there every step of the way, making sure everything was perfect.
Fast forward to the last day of the job. Dad's just finishing up the grouting when the homeowners suddenly flip the script. They start complaining about the tiles, saying it's not what they wanted. Total nonsense, because they literally picked everything out themselves. But here's the kicker – they tell him they're only paying HALF of what they owe him. HALF! After two weeks of busting his hump to get their dream bathroom done.
Dad tries to reason with them, but they're not having it. They smugly tell him to finish up and GET LOST.

So, my fiancé, Alex, and I were all set to get married, but his mom, Linda, hates me. She wanted Alex to marry someone rich and tried to sabotage our wedding.
The day before the wedding, I went out for errands. When I got back, our $1000 wedding cake was gone—just crumbs and an empty box. Linda and her friends were lounging around, looking super smug. I was fuming.
In tears, I confronted her. "Why did you do this? We need to replace it before tomorrow. You have to pay for it."

MY BOYFRIEND LEFT EARLY FROM THE HOTEL AND LEFT ME STUCK WITH A $1350 MINI BAR AND ROOM SERVICE BILL – I GOT CREATIVE WITH PAYBACK
Nick promised a getaway we'd never forget — our first trip together for the weekend. The hotel he booked was stunning, with ocean views and everything. Breakfast in bed, beach walks, exploring the town — it was perfect.
But then, Monday morning hit. Nick woke up early, all stressed out, "I have an urgent work meeting. I need to leave NOW. Just check out and come home later," and rushed out.
I was disappointed but took my time, enjoyed the last bit of rest, and then went to check out. And BAM — I got hit with a $1,350 bill! Turned out Nick had been raiding the minibar and ordering room service non-stop. I was STUNNED.
I tried calling Nick, but he didn't pick up. Instead, he texted, "Just take care of the bill. I booked the room, so you can handle this one."
I was fuming but thought maybe he spent a lot on the room, and it was fair for me to cover the extras. But the receptionist dropped the bombshell. She chuckled, "The room didn't cost him a cent. It was all covered by his work bonuses." He made it seem like he was treating me, but really, he just left me with the bill!
I was so angry and embarrassed driving home. But when I got back to my apartment, I knew the payback was going to be sweet.

Days ago, I took the kids to visit their mom’s grave. We were crying there, recalling the good times. Suddenly, this old guy comes up to us. He starts talking to me, saying the most horrifying things:
Him: I’ll give you $100,000 for these kids.

I'm a single woman, and honestly, I've never felt truly satisfied with my personal life. I didn't know how to move forward for the longest time... So, in despair, I signed up on a dating site and started talking to this guy.

DRESS TO RUIN OUR DAY – LITTLE DID SHE KNOW KARMA WOULD HIT HER BACK SOON
So, my husband's mom, Laurel, has always been against me because I come from an ordinary family. She had high hopes for a "better" match for her son. At first, it was minor stuff like "forgetting" my birthday or not inviting me to family dinners. But it got worse. When my husband was about to propose, she found out the date through my sister-in-law (SIL) and faked a heart attack during our romantic dinner to get his attention.
Thankfully, my SIL was with her and texted my husband that it was all fake. So, we managed to have our beautiful engagement.

“Oh, geez. I must have lost my wallet. I’m so sorry. I’ll have to come back for these things later,” Mary said to the cashier, who started picking up the items and putting them back. Meanwhile, Mary closed her purse, prepared to walk away when the boy behind her in line spoke up.
“Wait, ma’am. You don’t have many things anyway. I’ll pay for them,” he said. He couldn’t be older than 12, and Mary noticed that he didn’t look particularly well-off.
“Oh, no. I couldn’t put you out like that,” Mary countered.
“I insist, ma’am. Sometimes, we have to do good things, and karma will reward us later, right? That’s what my grandmother says all the time,” the boy said, paying for everything that Mary had picked out. Luckily, it was only a few essentials.
