Last week, the 2025 Michelin Guide ceremony at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando unveiled a feast of new stars and recommendations, spotlighting the city’s diverse and dynamic dining landscape.
✨ Three New Michelin stars awarded, Five New Bib Gourmands and Five New Michelin recommended, WOW ORLANDO! ✨
Here are some of the standout additions:
🍣 Sorekara – Chef William Shen crafts a whimsical tasting menu inspired by Japan’s 72 micro-seasons, offering a journey through multiple rooms and courses. ON MY LIST🥹😭
🍜 Bar Kada – A lively spot with Japanese dishes infused with global flavors, from kinilaw-style sashimi to roasted maitake mushrooms.
