Instead of ED (eating disorder recovery) a pro-recovery place for those affected by eating disorders or disordered eating. This page was created out of need. That's what this page is for.

Sometimes when wanting to engage in ED behavior it's hard to think of what to do instead. This is a group endeavor that further demonstrates that we never have to do this alone.
