RIZ DJONDJON 🇭🇹 ✨ INGRÉDIENTS : (pour 4 pers.) • 2 pots de riz basmati • 2 pots d’eau • 1 pot de lait de coco • 250g de pois d’angole • 250g de champignons djondjon • ½ oignon • 2 gousses d’ail • 2 c. à soupe de sauce verte (recette sur mon profil) • 1 bouquet garni (thym, persil, cive) • 1 piment doux (ou fort selon goût) piqué avec des clous de girofle • Huile, sel, poivre 👩🏽‍🍳 PRÉPARATION : 1. Faites tremper les champignons djondjon dans de l’eau bouillante (30 min min.), puis récupérez le jus noir parfumé. 2. Dans une casserole, chauffez un peu d’huile avec la sauce verte, l’oignon et l’ail et laissez suer. 3. Incorporez les pois d’angole, le lait de coco et le jus de djondjon. Assaisonnez avec le bouquet garni et le piment piqué. 4. Versez le riz lavé, mélangez bien et laissez cuire 15 min à feu moyen. Quand les grains remontent, baissez le feu et couvrez avec du papier cuisson + couvercle pour absorber l’humidité. 5. Servez bien chaud avec vos accompagnements préférés ✨
