the globe and can help you plan your dream vacation. When you work with me, I will help you find the perfect quote that works for your budget. After you book your vacation with me, I will make all reservations for you (dining, tours, excursions etc.) Process all payments for you on the dates you request including the final due date payment of the vacation package. Answer any questions you have about your destination, saving your HOURS of google research. I stay on top of the changes and keep you up to date about your destination. I am your one and only contact for your vacation booking. This allows you to avoid hours on the phone holding and speaking with multiple representatives to make changes to your vacation package or to fix any issues such as cancelled/delayed flights, hotel request or any other important aspects of your vacation before and during your trip. I provide you with tips to get you ready for your vacation destination through emails and a final itinerary. I will communicate with you and value your time as we plan your dream vacation. At Walt Disney Presents, from November 8 – December 24.

🦒Animal Kingdom
On the patio of Restaurantosaurus in DinoLand U.S.A., from November 14 – December 24.

🌎 EPCOT
In CommuniCore Hall during the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays, from November 28 – December 24.

✨️Bonus: Santa Goofy will also be greeting guests in The Odyssey pavilion.

🏰 Magic Kingdom
Starting Thanksgiving Day, Santa will be in Storybook Circus.

🛷 During Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, he “waves” in the parade (on his sled/sleigh).

🛍 Disney Springs
Santa’s Workshop is located near Disney’s Pin Traders. Meet-and-greets run until December 24, and you join via a virtual queue in the My Disney Experience app (no standby line).

Hi, my name is Carrie Ponce. I am a wife and stepmom to one a daughter who is now 19. I have been married for 14 years, my husband initially thought I was crazy due to my extreme love for all things Disney. But he quickly grew to love Disney just as much if not more than I do. I work as a full-time customer representative for a small family owned metal shop, but my true passion is being a Disney travel agent. My love for Disney started when my parents took me to Walt Disney World for the first time at 6 months old. When I am not at Disney I am thinking about Disney or planning another trip!
