An original Appalachian Trail horror anthology.

Appalachian Trail Horror Stories Vol. I takes place along marked paths, wet campsites, forgotten side trails, and hidden mountain hollows where the woods do not always lead you back.

The first story follows Josh Ziegler, a solo hiker who begins smelling smoke deep in the rain-soaked woods, even when there are no fires nearby.

Then firewood appears beside his tent. Ash shows up on wet ground, and something burned stands just outside the fire ring.

The second story follows two brothers, Jecht and Cal Albright, who find a crooked sign for a town that does not appear on any map.
