Video #3 is live 🎬

This one was a big one for me.

In this video, I finish laying out my plan to leave my current job—what I’m thinking, why I’m thinking it, and how I’m approaching it realistically. As much as possible.

It took me a long time to put this together. Longer than I expected. But that wasn’t procrastination—it was intention. I needed time to think clearly, refine the message, and make sure I was being honest with myself and with you. Not rushing this felt important.
