Super Gűero with a little lesson about carne asada (since I got a Yelper trying to tell people where “the best” is in Tucson, but he doesn’t know anything about it). Watch and learn Matthew C.
Shout out to and for teaching me the ways of the masters!

Ate at Lomo Grill and had a burrito off of their secret menu… carne asada and jalapeno poppers! It was so good paired with the house made salsa. The meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender and full of flavor. The steaks were high quality and grilled to the temp we requested. The burger was big and juicy and the bun was good too. Very nice people, knowledgeable, welcoming. Atmosphere was clean and sleek, as the place is brand new!

The Hungry Fox really hits the spot if you’re looking for classic American diner breakfast and lunch. (4637 E Broadway before you ask instead of just googling it)The service is spectacular and if aren’t already a regular you probably will be after one visit. Be prepared for a 30 minute wait in Saturday mornings and possibly a little longer in Sundays. If you go there on your birthday or for your first time they give you a complimentary house made warm cinnamon bun. You can tell it’s someone’s grandma’s recipe.

We had the New York Reuben which has Corned Beef, Swiss, Bacon, Coleslaw on Grilled rye $11.99. I added my pickles and their homemade honey mustard.

We also got the traditional eggs Benedict which has ham, Poached Eggs, Hollandaise on
English Muffin w/ Side Hash
Browns $14.49

We tried the Sonoran Eggs Benedict which has house made Chorizo, Poached Eggs, Avocado & Chipotle Hollandaise on top of an English Muffin, w/ Side Hash Browns 14.69

Also had the breaded pork tenderloin sandwich $11.99 and the house made biscuits and gravy. We tried got the half order of B&G and it was massive.

No frills, great food, great price, great service. I know you Foodies of Tucson peeps prefer pics and long written reviews over reels so here ya go!

Influencers are supposed to be very clear about getting products for free, or if they’re getting paid to promote the product/restaurant. I find that this isn’t really the trend. Saying “hosted” or “partner” isn’t clear enough for the average person to realize that those words mean the product was given for free or it’s a paid ad. Let’s start a trend of letting everyone know very clearly if you are paying, getting a discount, getting it comped, or are getting paid to make an advertisement.
