Dinner - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes & corn. (Like my momma always made her mashed taters & corn)

* On the plate from the set my Grandma gifted me, her last Christmas 2001. This plate was in a set of dishes for my new house I closed on the first week of January. I have 2 plates left & they continue to be in our daily use. She passed away shortly later in March 2002.

* Still gotta figure out how to get the 2 foot stakes out of the ground without damaging the powder coating on the arch so we can put it away.

Big Mike -

1 of the 3 dumped roosters initially went to a family member. After he settled in & matured a little more, he became protective of his flock & was being aggressive towards their young child. He was moved back with his 2 brothers & he acts like they were never separated. They free range with over 50 other chickens daily.

How I'm celebrating after the dumped roosters got justice for what happened to them! Grateful to God for leading me to their location & for bringing an incredible team to support this rescue.
