🐟 It's the first Friday of May, Wisconsin — and I have a question that's going to start a fight in the comments.
The patios are opening. The farmers markets are firing back up. Sandals are out, the grill cover is off, and somewhere in this state, someone is already arguing about whether perch or walleye is the superior fish fry.
So let's settle it. (Or, more likely, not settle it at all.)
