NLEC TV is a voice for the “voiceless” – by sharing the stories of the poor and homeless so their experiences, hopes, and dreams will not be forgotten. NLEC TV prov

NLEC TV provides on the job training to previously homeless persons in production, videography, editing, and broadcasting.
