Knup I help people start and scale digital side hustles using AI and automation—so they can achieve time freedom, financial freedom, and live with purpose.

Knup helps businesses & entrepreneurs turn ideas into working websites, systems, apps, automations, and digital solutions through strategy, technology, and hands-on execution. Out of college, I took the traditional path. I graduated, got a good job, and jumped straight into the corporate world. Little did I know, I would not find PURPOSE in that path. I quickly started building side hustles. Trying desperately to find my way to something different.

15 years later -- I had the opportunity to leave my corporate job -- take a severance pay -- and transition my "side hustles" to my FULL TIME business as an entrepreneur. This was back in 2015. Ever since then, I've been continuing to build businesses, work on side hustles, and swap the main thing for the next thing. Over and over. I've been able to live life with TIME freedom to see my kids, my family and travel when and where I want to. I've been able to live life with FINANCIAL freedom to make as much or little money as I want to through my work efforts. I've been able to live life with PURPOSE helping people every step of the way along my entrepreneurial journey. That's what it's all about. Now this page -- it's here to help you down that journey as well. Take what I learned. Take my wins. Take my losses. And start your own journey.

Picked up 11 Jordan cover magazines from the 90s. In great shape.

Always adding to my MJ collection.

Checked out Amazing Collectibles Orlando this afternoon. Picked up a collection of 11 Jordan magazines. Will post those next.

But first. I was shocked this was a fully functional shop. Orlando needs more. Prices were really good. The owners were super nice.

Great experience. Check them out if you are looking for collectibles in Orlando.

Disney date night. Tonight we did the Epcot Food and W**e Festival.

Started out a but ended up being a great time.

Did the full loop. Didn’t get to try something from every Country — but have a list for next time.

Top foods of the night…

- SPAIN. Paella
- BELGIUM. Waffle
- HAWAII. Pineapple Cheesecake

So many other good ones. Can’t wait to go back for round two next week. Friday night?

Many of you know I'm a domain name investor (amonth many other things lol). Had a change of heart on something recently and wanted to write a blog post about my thoughts.

A lot domains feel like huge winners. A lot of them are liabilities with a renewal date.

I used to buy athlete names, team names, event names, celebrity club domains, and First+Last (.com) names that clearly "could" belonged to someone else. It felt clever. Available felt like permission.

It was not.

About 15 years ago I was building Celebrity Club Network ideas. Names like MileyCyrusClub (.com).

Then the cease and desist letters showed up. Miley Cyrus. Barry Manilow. A few other celebs.

Whatever story I had in my head, their message was simple: that name is not yours to play with.

Just recently I sold JamarrChase (.com) for $2,000.

On paper that can sound cheap for an NFL star. Maybe it was. I care more about the other direction.

Could it have sold for more someday? Sure. Could it have turned into a headache, a dispute, or a renewal I kept paying while hoping nobody cared? Also sure.

Two thousand dollars and a clean exit beats watching legal risk instead of building brands I actually own.

What I put in the risky bucket now:

-- Athlete names
-- Team names
-- Brand names
-- Nicknames
-- Event names
-- Celebrity and influencer personal names
-- FirstLast (.com) when it is clearly a known person outside of my family

Registrars will sell you a lot of things that are “available.” Available means the string is not taken. It does not mean the rights holder is fine with you parking it, flipping it, or building on it.

The quiet cost is bigger than lawyers. Renewals on names you cannot develop. Weird buyer conversations. Mental load every time a star blows up. Opportunity cost versus brandables you could sell cleanly.

I still like domains. I just want names I can defend. Short. Clear. Mostly .com. Owned by the brand using them, not rented from somebody else’s fame.

Hope is not a domain strategy. Clear brands are.
