Yall please pray for Jamaica… this is truly a catastrophic event and I cannot even begin to imagine what they are going through and feeling right now. This beautiful island and its residents need every prayer and all the help it can get 🙏🙏

Melissa is bombing out in the Caribbean this morning. Hurricane Hunters found flight level winds of 180 MPH and the pressure is down to 913mb. Melissa is approaching the mathematical limit for how strong a hurricane can get on planet Earth. If Melissa continues strengthening it will rival Wilma, Gilbert, Allen, and Milton as one of the strongest storms ever recorded in the Atlantic Basin. Either way, Melissa will be the strongest hurricane by a mile to ever hit Jamaica. Jamaica has had hurricanes before but they’ve never experienced anything like what’s coming tomorrow. Catastrophic damage is imminent and they will need all the humanitarian aid possible after Melissa passes.

Let’s kick this week off with reason number 1 to visit Disneyland - Paint the Night parade in Disneyland park is nothing short of magical and the most perfect way to end an evening full of park fun! If you love nostalgia, shimmering lights, floats, characters, and music that gives you the warm fuzzies… you definitely won’t want to miss this!!

Let’s start with an Infinite Family Ocean View Balcony stateroom - this particular type of room is an unusual twist on the traditional ocean view balcony staterooms! If you love the view and feel of having a balcony, but not the actual tenperature that comes along with sitting on the balcony this is for you!! The “balcony” is enclosed, so you can enjoy the view of the balcony without the temp change of sitting outside!

This room is perfect for families of 6 with a king bed, a couch that folds out for 2 more guests and the bunk area for 2 children! Each bunk has its own tv with storage and a curtain for additional privacy.

Another unique feature of this room is the split bath with a toilet and sink in one room and a shower and sink area in another room. A nice size desk area, plenty of plugs for devices, and another closet with plenty of storage complete this room!

If the wilderness is your family’s jam, the Cabins at Fort Wilderness resort is for you! The resort is quite large with multiple bus stops, but you can rent a golf cart to get around, which….. you know we did!! The hardest part for us was remembering that we had the golf cart when we would take the golf cart to boat dock, and decide to take the bus back at the end of the night 🤦‍♀️😂 We didn’t care though, we had no issues either driving to the boat dock and dropping someone off to drive the golf cart back or just leaving it till the next day! We had the absolute BEST girls trip staying here!
