Rumex also known as curly dock can be eaten as a green and the seeds can be collected and ground into a flour.

The white flowers of the yarrow can be dried and ground into a powder to be used a stiptant to stop bleeding wounds. It also has many more uses. The mullen leaves can be made into a tea or tincture for respiratory issues. The yellow flowers can be made into an oil infusion for earache relief and the root can be made into a very strong ibuprofen like pain reliever and anti inflammatory. ❤️

Narrow and broad leaf plantain. Makes an excellent poultice for reliving bug bites or stings. Makes excellent salves or lotions for treating skin conditions. Also tastes great in a salad.😃
