Using ethically sourced beans is about more than just the coffee, it's about knowing where your beans come from, how they're processed, and how those flavors affect you. Before it's your morning ritual, it's someone else's work. We find farmers who care deeply about every bean, as much as we do, so we can take that care and intentionality and carry it forward, straight into your morning cup.

Ever wonder why some coffee tastes deep and layered while other coffee tastes... just okay? It comes down to the care put into the product.

Growth speed has a major impact and simply put, commercial beans are usually mass produced and harvested at the cost of real boldness and flavor. Commercial and rushed beans never fully develop causing a lackluster cup of coffee that tastes as stale as the mass factories they were roasted in.

At Pagosa Roasters we specifically select beans for flavor because we believe you deserve quality in every sip. We select high-altitude beans from specific regions to ensure the beans are fresh and in season. Whether from Guatemala, or Ethiopia, each bean is grown slowly and built for real flavor and complexity. Then we use precision roasting to dial-in the temperature of each roast down to the second to ensure that your cup isn't just coffee, it's an experience.
