Trained as a building engineer in Cuba and Spain, Natalie Sterling moved to the U.S. in 2013 and rebuilt her career from the ground up. She earned a second engineering degree, worked in civil engineering, and even launched her own consulting business. But despite the stability, she realized she had outgrown the path she was on.
