🚨 WATER QUALITY ADVISORY: DUBOIS LAGOON

The Florida Department of Health in Palm Beach County has issued a water quality health advisory for DuBois Lagoon in Jupiter after testing showed Enterococcus bacteria levels above the state’s recreational water quality guidelines.

DOH-Palm Beach is advising people to avoid swimming and other water-related activities at DuBois Lagoon for now because of an increased risk of illness. The advisory will remain in place until bacteria levels return to an acceptable level.

🚨 WATER QUALITY ADVISORY: CORAL COVE PARK 🌊

The Florida Department of Health in Palm Beach County has issued a water quality advisory for Coral Cove Park in Tequesta after testing showed elevated levels of Enterococcus bacteria above the state’s recreational water quality guidelines.

DOH-Palm Beach is advising people to avoid swimming and other water-related activities at this location for now because of an increased risk of illness. The advisory will remain in place until testing shows bacteria levels have returned to an acceptable range.

Kinda chic to fight to keep our beach parking FREE.
Kinda chic to show up for Jonathan Dickinson State Park.
Kinda chic to care enough about the places we love to actually protect them.

Florida isn’t special because of another condo, another development, or another fee. It’s special because of the wild places, clear water, public beaches, parks and natural spaces that make living here feel like paradise.

So yes, I’ll keep posting about the pretty water… but I’ll also keep speaking up when the places behind those photos need us.
