One of the things I’m strongest at and enjoy the most is . Not just the surface-level stuff, but more specifically Technical SEO, the part nobody wants to touch because it takes time, patience, and a real understanding of how a site needs to be built from the inside out.

I’ve always been a bottom-up builder. That’s the only way I work. Before I write a single line on an About page, before a single piece of content gets uploaded, before a single image hits the site, I make sure the technical foundation is right. Empty first. Technical SEO second. Words and images last but placed in a way that actually matters.

And here’s the part people never expect... With zero posts, the site is already solid green across Google.

When you type "CONS33TED" into , the only things you see are exactly what you should, the site and the official social platforms. . . . All clean. All indexed. All showing up exactly the way I want them to.

And the analytics? They’re not just good, they’re wild!

Website visits up 9,000%

Pageviews up 11,400%

New users up 8,300%

Time spent on the site up 100%

All of that Without. A. Single. Post. Being. Live.

That tells me two things... 1. Google is reacting the right way, and... 2. People are reacting the right way, and that’s huge especially for every future Cover Stars who will be part of this magazine. This is real exposure, the kind most people never get. But the traffic isn’t even the part that matters most. What matters most is the way I plan to introduce each Cover Star, the light I’m putting every Cover Star in, and the impact Cover Stars' stories will have on the people reading.

This is bigger than a magazine cover. This is presence. This is . This is .

That’s what is going to stand for.

When I’m livestreaming or recording a segment, this is the one place where I’m fully myself. This area gives me room to move the way I want to move without second-guessing anything. The AI tracking tools I use help everything flow the way it should, so I’m not tied down or wasting energy standing in one spot. I can just lock in and be present.

This is where I’m at my best as a host. I can sit back, breathe, and talk the way I talk in real life. I can light up a cigar; one of the things that settles me down and puts me in my zone and sip on my Pure Leaf Lemon Tea, which has been my go-to drink for years. Those two things alone put me in the right headspace every time.

When I’m here, in my space, with everything set up exactly the way I need it, I’m comfortable enough to be one hundred percent myself on camera, not the polished version, not the "show" version, just the only version I know to be and that’s the real version.

Hey everyone... It’s been a minute since I’ve posted in here, but I wanted to give you all a heads-up. This weekend I’m going live from my backyard bar with a cigar to chop it up about a few things I’ve been working on behind the scenes, including my progress on the full Grown & Sexy Greece Cruise, Dubai, and Boo Cruise photo galleries, plus my new project, "CONS33TED."

For years, I thought my own mind was the enemy; pure pandemonium, a curse of racing thoughts and burnout. My wife helped me flip the script. I stopped seeing a broken brain and started seeing a specialized tool. I can absorb, dismantle, rebuild information faster than most, turning complex data into something real. Mix that fire with the need to pay respect to my family and communities that kept it one hundred? You get the fuel for many projects, including .

What started with a few raw portraits I shot of guests and friends Mesu and Norja, which became magazine covers, became the spark for the question that came next...

"Why not build the whole damn house?" A website, live-stream, podcast. A full digital ecosystem. Most people hire teams for this. I don't. This is what I do. I’ve hard-coded sites, databases, apps, live-streamed massive gaming tournaments; own one of the most capable low-light photo/video 4k hybrid mirrorless full-frame pro-grade cameras in the world, plus thousands of color presets/luts I've built personally to create some of the most stunning photographs/videos anywhere. Yeah. This is home.

Look... No way I'm promising or even suggesting anyone could get a modeling contract from this. I’m not here to sell a dream, or anything like it. I’m using the skills I spent years building, be it coding, design, my camera, the post-production, and broadcasting to put a real spotlight on those who see me for me and don't look away or go anywhere. At the end of the day, Exposure is Exposure. That’s the whole move.

The way I see it, CONS33TED must stay an Urban with its own heart. Not a clone. Rooted in the authenticity and raw edge you get from starting with nothing and fighting your way up. isn't optional for me. It's non-negotiable. I grew up on grit, hand-me-downs, and turning scarcity into more with my . That’s the soul I'm building into every corner of CONS33TED.

The final test? We strip the logo off, and someone; anyone still looks at the design, photographs, videos, convos, content, and say, "Yeah, that’s CONS33TED." Then you'll know it's done right.
