I’ve got my eye on this little cockerel! I wasn’t going to keep any more boys, but how can I resist this light blue, partially bearded, naked neck/showgirl 🩵 I wish my phone would accurately capture how beautiful his color is. I’m so excited to watch him grow 😍🥰 Was blue on my agenda? Absolutely not 🤣🤷🏻‍♀️

New life always makes my heart so happy, and seeing my OG girl, Red, become a mama has been the best feeling 🥰

She’s tried to go broody a few times, but our resident nesting queen, Splenda, wasn’t having it 😂

This time, Red waited until Splenda took off with her two babies and decided, “Okay, my turn!” Now she’s raising five tiny nuggets with her sisters, Ginger and (yep, you guessed it) Splenda! Three moms, five chicks, and a whole lot of chaos — but the cutest kind 🐣❤️

I’ve been rather absent from social media lately and every time I spend more than FIVE minutes scrolling the silkie portion of pages I follow, there’s always something that reminds me WHY I enjoy my birds more than most humans.

If you have reached out and I haven’t answered, please give me some grace as we have been extremely busy! If you have inquired about availability, please watch our page for anything that will become available. Responding to messages about availability can be daunting and very time consuming because there are just so many, so we have set an auto-reply to remind you to check out our socials! We set our last batch of eggs a few days ago and then the incubators will be off until the new year as we have a busy couple of months coming up! Big Daddy is his name and well, I’m sure it’s pretty self explanatory 😂😍

This lovely black split to chocolate boy is the daddy to all my beautiful chocolates. I’ve also found him to be the key to keeping that rich milk chocolate color with dark features.

….but these guys. They sure have grown on me 😍 These little fluffy bundles of personality and sass bring me so much joy! With their little bouffant crests bouncing as they walk and the way they so easily startle because while they CAN see, they usually don’t see ya coming 🤣

What is there not to love, seriously? 🥹😍

This photo is an oldie but goodie. I won’t show you the mess this gal makes out of her crest or tell you how often she needs her “brows” plucked because she can’t keep them clean 😆
