I am learning to accept others as they are with compassion.

I am learning unconditional love.

I am learning other people’s actions & behaviors have nothing to do with me… but instead, who they are, their past experiences & how they have come through those experiences.

I am learning to accept others as they are … & where they are in their journey.

In today’s world we have war, pandemics & natural disasters … like fires, earthquakes & floods. We see war where people loose family & must leave their homes behind. We see people’s lives being turned upside down. We see fear & uncertainty.

I am learning to not take their words, behaviors & actions personally. Instead, I am learning to show them love & kindness.

I am learning to extend a hand & give support.

I am learning to share a meal, take a walk with them… & listen to them.

I am learning to treat them the way I would want to be treated … if their situation was mine?

Be the Change You Want to See in the World ❤️☮️😊

Today we found a home for the guitar I transported from NY to Mexico… and

IT WAS WORTH IT 😊😊😊😊😊

The smile on this young boy’s face reminded me of when my son got his first guitar. He immediately began playing for us & it was beautiful … literally “music to my ears”. I have seen music change the life of a child. I think it will for this young man,too.

Helping others…if you can & when you can is a gift as much for us as it is for the person you help ❤️❤️❤️

Steam rooms & Sauna heat exposure can reduce the chance of heart attacks & strokes. I have seem studies showing regular use of saunas can reduce chance of heart attacks by 50-74% 😊❤️‍🩹

Part of my healing strategy includes daily saunas, steam rooms & cold plunges 4-6 days a week.

Did you know your skin is the largest organ of the human body.

And did you know 20-30 minutes in o an or sea water allows your skin to absorb many minerals your body need to survive disease free 😳 I didn’t in about 2 years ago

I swam 20 meters today & then legs went completely numb for about 10 minute. I could do much but float in place. I closed my head back and floated .😎☀️

It was like a zen meditation with the salt water on my skin & the sun on my face ❤️‍🩹

I am learning … I am healing naturally. No pills, no surgery, no chemical & no radiation other than the healthy version from the sun ❤️‍🩹😎☀️😊🙏

I’m getting better at not taking the pill.

I had some blood pressure issues within the last 24 hours.

I woke up this morning and my first reading was concerning. I did my chanting for 8 minutes & got a significant drop. It calmed me enough to see I was getting caught up in my thoughts.

Then I remembered … thet are just thoughts. I let them go, let them flow through me … without judgement & there I found my peace … in the silence.

I found the rhythm of my soul ❤️‍🩹☀️😎✨

I am learning 🙏☀️
