🎬 Casting Call – Short Film “Persona”

Project Title: Persona
Format: Short Film (5–10 minutes)
Genre: Psychological Horror / Supernatural Mystery
Location: Pampa,TX
Compensation: Volunteer Only – This is an unpaid project, but participants will receive on-screen credit, behind the scenes access and hands-on set experience.

📖 Project Summary

Persona follows journalist Luna Townson, who travels to an old farmhouse while investigating a cold case. As she settles in for the night, she begins to experience unsettling visions — and encounters Floral Gibson, the only survivor of a horrific family tragedy. But not everyone she speaks to may truly be alive.

This short film is designed as a tight, atmospheric piece and a strong addition to your acting reel.

🎭 Roles Available

LUNA TOWNSON – Female, 25–35. Lead.
A determined investigative journalist. Must show both strength and fear as the story unravels.

FLORAL GIBSON – Female, 20–30. Supporting Lead.
A young woman scarred by years of abuse. Needs range to shift between quiet, broken vulnerability and a chilling, sinister persona.

MARTHA HENLEY (Caretaker) – Female, 40–60. Supporting.
Warm but unsettling presence. Later revealed to be one of the murder victims Luna has been speaking with all along.

CALEB (Ghost Child) – Male, 7–12. Supporting.
A haunting child figure. Minimal lines but must convey emotion and presence through expression and body language.

• Compensation: Volunteer only. Participants will receive:
• On-screen credit
• A copy of the finished film for their reel
• Meals, snacks, and beverages will be provided on set.

MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT‼️ This Saturday, the directors and cast from Withers Productions' hit TV series My Paranormal Experience will host their inaugural meet and greet and Q&A. Moreover, the official music video for 'Burn it down' will make its exclusive premiere. Having seen the posts about this upcoming project, attendees this Saturday from 7-9pm will be the first to witness it. Tickets will be available at the door for $20 at 6pm.
