On today’s installment of “My Students Are Learning Design…” 🎨👕

Two of these designs came from a challenge by one of my coworkers: design your own Disney-inspired T-shirt! And honestly, I think they understood the assignment. 😂

Watching my students take an idea, make creative choices, and turn it into something they can actually put on a shirt has been one of my favorite parts of teaching design. ❤️

More student designs coming soon!

You’re allowed to be angry with God. You’re allowed to scream, “I need a break!”

He’d rather have your honest heart than your silence because you’re afraid of disappointing Him.

You’re not alone. 🤍

Here are three more designs from two of my students. The first two are tshirts one of my rock and roll loving students designed. The last is a greeting card a sweet young lady made for her friend who is out Sick. I think I might like this job after all 😂

A few little upgrades for my classroom desk, because sometimes it’s the little things that make a space feel like your own. 💕✨

Creating a space I actually enjoy showing up to, one piece at a time.
