Piers launched his first collection of hats in February 2008 and has created collections every season since. He has collaborated with designers Ashish, Ashley Isham and Noki for runway presentations and has dressed such celebrities as Anna Dello Russo, Kate Moss, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Kelis, Cate Blanchett and Paloma Faith. d he has had pieces in the V&A’s ‘Hats: an Anthology by Stephen Jones’ and ShowStudio’s exhibition ‘The Café’. Piers’s creations regularly appear in the pages of Vogue, Italian Vogue, V Magazine, Tatler and the London broadsheets. His hats are available across the globe – from Sister in Japan to Fenwick’s in London, via Joyce in Hong Kong and Alan Journo’s famous store in Milan.

If you took a medication exactly as prescribed and ended up with symptoms you were never warned about-this post is for you. Today, 29 July is global Prescribed Harm Awareness Day.
To the person reading this from a dark room, with dark thoughts, wondering if your mind or body will ever feel like “yours” again: I see you.

You are told “it’s just your original condition returning” or “it’s all in your head.” It isn’t. What you are experiencing is real, documented, and valid.

Prescribed harm occurs when an individual suffers adverse physical, neurological, or psychological effects from medications taken exactly as directed by a healthcare provider. It is not misuse. It is not addiction. It is a recognized risk, often compounded by rapid tapering or a lack of informed consent.
