The last season of my life required me to slow way down.
I’ve been navigating some serious health challenges and doing a lot of personal healing, which meant my business had to take a back seat for a bit.

That pause wasn’t giving up — it was choosing myself.

As much as I’d love to dive back in headfirst like before, I’m learning to be intentional with my time, my energy, and my capacity. Things look a little different now, and that’s okay. My health comes first… but this business? This is still my dream.

I’m easing back in with clarity, purpose, and so much gratitude. I have some amazing clients lined up, new connections forming, and I’m genuinely excited to network, grow, and bloom again — at a pace that honors where I’m at.

Many of you know how much I love helping small businesses bloom boldly through branding, storytelling, and strategy. Recently, I was diagnosed with a rare brain condition called Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH) — which causes high pressure around the brain and optic nerves. I’m currently under the care of a neurosurgeon and waiting for a stent procedure to help manage it.

It’s been a challenging season filled with hospital stays, new medications, and a lot of rest. But I’m staying positive and easing back into work as I’m able.

While I focus on healing, I’m still taking on select projects remotely, including:
