We are currently having an outage right now in the Troy area due to a cut fiber on Spectrum. They are currently working on it and will have it resolved as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for the issue.

If you are having trouble connecting to Netflix, it is not our service. We are no where near congested. It is Netflix having issues providing the live stream and are over capacity. .

There is a fiber cut in Walnut Ridge that is affecting our Northeast Arkansas networks including Corning, Oak Grove, Portia, Black Rock, Imboden, Ravenden, and our main office. This is affecting our phone system as well. Once the fiber cut is repaired/restored, our services will be restored as well. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for the patience.

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing a fiber outage in Paragould. This is affecting our phone system as well as some internet services around Paragould, AR. Our upstream peer is working on it and will have it restored as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Our upstream provider has a fiber cut, estimated time for repair is 7:15 as soon as the repair is completed our services will come back up. Very sorry for the inconvenience. This is affecting our Corning customers.

Services have been restored! If you are still having issues with your service, please restart your router/ONT. Thank you for your patience! We have installed a redundant circuit to resolve issues such as these. We have no control over fiber cuts especially with other service providers. The fiber outage is beyond our network and with our upstream provider. They are working to restore the fiber outage. Once that is repaired, our services will be restored. Simultaneously, we are turning up a new upstream provider to provide redundancy out of McCrory. This will result in very little service interruption as we will have multiple providers out of McCrory. Thank you for being patient with us.

Update 4 - Services have been restore. We thank everyone for their patience!

Update 3 - Crews have replaced the damaged lines. Splicing has been complete to three splice cases. The fourth is starting now and services should be restored once this is complete. Very sorry for the inconvenience.

Update 2 - Crews are still on site, the damage is extensive. Once splicing starts we will be able to provide an eta. Very sorry for the inconvenience.
