Widespread areas of moderate rain will move into the area Thursday afternoon & evening. Embedded heavy downpours will be possible. Widespread totals near 0.5" are expected areawide, with higher totals where heavy downpours focus. The rainfall could lead to some ponding of water on roads and localized river flooding potential.
