July is actually one of the BEST months to quietly build your prepper pantry. 🇺🇸

While everyone else is thinking about cookouts, vacations, and summer fun, there are some seriously good deals happening right now on long-term food storage, freeze-dried foods, emergency water, backup medical supplies, summer power outage gear, and more.

Some of these are the kind of deals we may not see again for a long time, especially with prices continuing to creep up on food and emergency supplies.

Dollar Tree is NOT the same store it used to be.

Some things are still a great deal. Some things are… questionable. And with all the new price points showing up, it’s getting harder to know what’s actually worth grabbing for your prepper pantry.

So I went back to Dollar Tree to see what was new, what looked useful, what the prices were doing, and then I brought a few things home to taste test.

I went down a rabbit hole with this one… and honestly, I’m still not sure how I feel about it.

On one hand, we all use technology. On the other hand… when you start looking at what’s being built behind the scenes to power the AI boom, it gets a little unsettling.

Not because of one single thing. It’s the speed. The size. The secrecy. The money. The fact that so many regular people don’t even know this is happening until it shows up near them.

June may not seem like a big stock-up month, but it might be one of the smartest months to pay attention.

Fresh produce is coming in. Farmers markets and farm stands are opening. Prime Day has moved to June. Storm season is here. Eggs are still in a better buying window. And there are signs of new supply pressure on things most people aren’t even thinking about yet, like synthetic motor oil.

In today’s new video, I’m sharing my June Stock-Up Guide: what I’d buy now, what I’d watch closely, and what I would not overpay for just because it says “sale.”

This is about buying ahead of need, before prices jump, before shelves get thin, and before everyone else starts looking for the same things.

I don’t think every “stock up now” warning is worth panicking over.

But I do think there are a few foods that make sense to buy right now, either because the price is low, the supply picture is getting tighter, or because they’re the kind of pantry staples that affect a lot of meals.

That’s what today’s video is about.

Not panic buying. Not filling your house with food you won’t use. Just looking at what’s happening and making smart pantry decisions while we still have the chance to do it calmly.

Today, I hope we all take a moment to pause and reflect.

Behind the word “freedom” are real people. Real families. Real sacrifices. Men and women who gave everything, and families who carry that loss for the rest of their lives.

Memorial Day is a reminder that the life we get to live came at a cost we should never take lightly.

And in a world that feels more uncertain every day, may we never forget the ones who gave everything so we could live with freedom, hope, and the chance to build a better tomorrow.

With grateful hearts, we remember them.
We honor them.
We will not forget.
