Paso Robles Emergency Services responded to the area of 24th and Vine Streets for a report of power lines down, later discovered to be a hit-and-run traffic collision involving power poles in the area; the vehicle left the scene. PG&E is currently on scene tending to the issue. Updates will continue to be provided as they become available. To stay up to date on PG&E outages.
