Interesting read by The Post and Courier.

According to the article there are only four active listings on Pawleys Island. The article goes on to mention a handful of other listings in the area but failed to mention, 283 Berry Tree Dr which is in proximity one of the closest to the island just on the north end with in matched ocean and creek views. In addition, due to our proximity to the ocean, you cannot only hear the waves crashing, but you can see them too!
