SGT Carlos Napoleon P received a certificate from a newly established three-division team, Differences FC, for his 17 years of service in the Liberian military and his significant contributions to military entertainment.

SGT Carlos Napoleon P, famously known as P-Carlos Mr. Reality, is a military personnel and a musician.

He recently attended a renowned Ghana Armed Forces music school and earned an advanced certificate in Music.

Carlos is a product of the Armed Forces music school Valleyview University in Ghana.

P-Carlos is well-known for his song "My Son in Monrovia"; it's a mind-blowing song.

"I'm excited about this well-deserved certificate. I never expected this. Imagine, we were many who attended the music school, but you guys recognized me and presented this certificate to me as appreciation. I want to appreciate all your efforts and also want to thank the Liberian military entertainment. I salute all military personnel in Liberia and vow to serve my country."

MInistry of Justice 2021 Letter Exposed Weah and CDC! And JNB Should Not Allow Them Use Him to Execute Their 419 Scam Against a Company.

In 2018, The Weah gov signed a concession with the Traffic Company for vehicle registration, driver license and other traffic services. While, the Traffic Company was bringing in equipment and building facilities to start work, the Treasurer of CDC- John Youboty- informed Weah that he could give Weah/CDC more money then the Traffic Company if they had given him the contract.

Weah went ahead and signed a contract with Mr. John Youboty to do the same vehicle registration and driver license; creating chaos. To make the Traffic Company people afraid and to get public sentiments on their side, Weah used Acarous Gray and othees to put out a fake concession that says the Traffic Company does not have the right to do drivers license and vehicle registration and Weah's signature on the document they are relying on was forged. 2018- 2023 Weah who claimed someone forged his signature did nothing to investigate.

BM attitude!:They thought by doing that, the Traffic company would just get afraid, frustrated and pack and leave Liberia so the Treasurer of the CDC- John Youboty- would take over the vehicle registration and give them the more money he promised.

But the company stood its grounds, went to court in Liberia and was ready to take Liberia to international court. So in 2021, at the Supreme Court, the Weah government told the company that it was now ready to honor the concession and allow them do the drivers license and vehicle registration so they should withdraw their case. See the letter from the Solicitor General.

Based on that, the company withdrew the case but time to implement what they agreed on they started delaying again until JNB took over. Based on all the documents, the Justice Minister advised that the company has a legitimate contract to proceed and should proceed.

Today, CDC has hired their partisans and surrogates to join employees who have legitimate jobs concerns- to presure JNB to execute the criminal agenda of their leader against a company.

JNB should not allow Weah's surrogates to use him to execute their 419 scam against a foreign company in favor of the Treasurer of CDC.

Libberia must bill the capacity of the LNP to handle driver license and vehicle registration but the way to do it is not to bring in a foreign companies and dupe them!

Ministry of Education, Youth Rising Project, UNIDO & BWI Launch Groundbreaking Two-Week Online and Distance Learning (ODL) Workshop for TVET Instructors in Kakata

Kakata, Margibi County | July 29, 2025 –

The Ministry of Education, in partnership with the Youth Rising Project, the Booker Washington Institute (BWI), and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), officially launched a transformative two-week Online and Distance Learning (ODL) Workshop for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) instructors.

The opening session took place at the TVET Center for Professional Training, Research and Innovation (TCPTRI) in Kakata City, Margibi County.
This workshop marks the commencement of a comprehensive six-month professional development program, running from July 2025 to February 2026.

The initiative is designed to increase access to teacher training, reduce cost-related barriers, and provide flexible, competency-based pathways for the advancement of vocational educators throughout Liberia.

The training adopts a blended learning approach, integrating face-to-face instruction with digital learning. Participants will utilize platforms and tools such as PowerPoint, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Classroom, WhatsApp, Padlet, Socrative, and email to enhance their digital skills and ensure continuous learning delivery.

The primary goal of the program is to strengthen the pedagogical capacity of TVET teachers by introducing modern, learner-centered methodologies aligned with 21st-century global teaching standards. Emphasis is placed on practical teaching strategies that foster student engagement, innovation, and employability skills.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a Level 4
TVET Teacher Education Certificate under the Liberia National TVET Qualifications Framework (LNTQF), awarded by the Booker Washington Institute in collaboration with the Ministry of Education.

This initiative represents a pivotal investment in human capital development, reinforcing Liberia’s commitment to quality vocational education and preparing a skilled workforce to meet the demands of the modern labor market.

Two of the care takers of the house belonging to Cllr. Tolbert Nyenswah in Greenville City are involved into a serious life threatening situation, where one identified as Norris Davis age 20 were discovered dead in the house while Joseph Friday is unconscious seeking medical attention at the F. J. Grant Memorial Hospital in Greenville City.

A U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Defense Institute for Medical Operations (DIMO) team of instructors led two intensive training courses for more than 35 personnel from ten Liberian government agencies. One class trained participants in advanced-level disaster planning, while the other focused on disaster and emergency response strategies for senior agency leaders.

Senior instructor U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Patrick Lanaghan, Assistant Adjutant General for Air, Missouri National Guard, observed that the resiliency shown by Liberian institutions through challenges such as Ebola and COVID-19 can translate into best practices to help reduce risk of future emergencies and crisis.

Through the State of Michigan’s State Partnership Program (SPP) with Liberia, U.S. Air Force Tech Sgt. Anthony Woodruff, a military command and control specialist with the 217th Air Operations Group, Battle Creek Air National Guard Base, Michigan, and Mr. Tony Averbuch, Fire Chief at Franklin Bingham Fire Department in Oakland County, Michigan, also taught portions of the courses. U.S. Air Force Capt. Victoria Adewusi, DIMO Base Support & Operations instructor, and Mrs. Shannon Jackson, a retired U.S. Navy medical planner, completed the team of facilitators.

After completing this disaster and emergency response training, participants have an enhanced ability to exercise disaster response planning and emergency management concepts, improve interagency coordination during an emergency, and are better prepared to implement national emergency management strategies and policy.
