Some old hand written docs showing the build and delivery of SSL number 11 in November of 1979 to LeStudio in Canada. The fist SSL and the prototype 4000 E series, I recently found out from SSL that the last one we installed to replace number 11 was the very last SSL 4000 ever made. It was made from what they had left over in parts in 2003. That means we have the very first and the very last SSL 4000 ever made. I believe about 2001 of the 4000 series were delivered. That means we have number 1 and number 2001. The actual serial number of number 11 is 4021, but if you count down the list from the first SSL, you'll see that its the 11th one made. And it does go to 11, LOL
