Becky Fox 🔥 Helping women stop stress eating and finally feel in control around food with the Eat With Ease Method. Get started 👉 www.thebeckyfox.com Hi, I'm Becky Fox!

Back in 2007, I started strict dieting and working out 2-3 hours a day to get the perfect body. I tried it all.

✓ Low carb ✓ Low fat ✓ No sugar ✓ Flavorless meals ✓ Counting calories. While these things often worked in the short run, the results never lasted. I would quickly fall off the wagon downing entire bags of Oreos or pints of Ben & Jerry’s when I got overwhelmed with life or work, bored o

f eating the same foods everyday, or just tired of not being able to go out to eat with friends. All that hard work for the 10, 20, or 30 lbs I lost came rushing back on. I stayed on this struggle bus for nearly 10 years and went on to gain the most weight I ever had in my life! I don’t even have pictures at that heaviest point because I was too embarrassed to take any. How come after 10 years I wasn’t able to sustain any of the diets I tried? Or keep the weight off? I couldn’t figure out why I lacked the discipline or willpower to stay on track

It was embarrassing and I had enough!!! There had to be a better way and darn it I was going to figure it out! I started researching and studying strategies beyond diets, meal plans, and restrictions. I dove into the psychology of HOW to eat and not just WHAT to eat, uncovering weight loss methods that were sustainable and not short-lived (or even harmful in the long run). And sure enough, things started to shift once I started practicing these strategies on myself. I found a way of eating and working out that was simple, sustainable, and enjoyable. It didn’t feel overwhelmed and I could still eat the foods I loved like pizza, tacos, and chocolate! At 40, I’m happier and healthier than I’ve ever been. I enjoy food again, along with my favorite foods everyday, because nothing is off limits. I spend about 30 minutes a day working out. I’ve finally been able to maintain my weight. This is why I’m so passionate about what I do. I’ve been there. I get the struggle & frustration. I don’t want women to live the rest of their lives struggling as I did. I don’t just want to help women lose weight.

Resetting feels clean.

Detoxing feels disciplined.

Going all in feels like control.

But the real work is staying consistent without extremes.

That’s how the start stop cycle actually breaks.

If eating feels calm during the day but chaotic at night, this matters.

Nighttime overeating isn’t about self-control.

It’s what happens when your body has been under-fueled and pushed all day.

In my latest video, I explain:

• Why discipline fails
• Why cravings aren’t the enemy
• What actually helps your body calm down around food

If evenings are where things fall apart, this will make sense fast.

Most women don’t need more control around food.

They need to stop fighting it.

Rules create tension.

Tension makes food louder.

And the harder you try to control it, the more power it seems to have.

Real control doesn’t come from restriction.

It comes from reconnecting to hunger, fullness, and satisfaction…

the signals diets muted for years.

When food isn’t forbidden, it stops being powerful.

That’s the shift behind the Reconnect phase in Eat With Ease.

If you’re tired of food feeling chaotic and want it to feel calm again, DM “EASE” and we’ll see if this is the right next step.

If trying harder with food hasn’t worked by now,

it’s probably because you’ve been trying hard for a long time.

Tracking.

Resetting.

Staying “on” all day.

Starting over the moment something slips.

That level of effort doesn’t create ease, it creates pressure.

And pressure always looks fine…

until it breaks.

When a pattern keeps coming back,

it’s not asking for more force.

It’s asking for a different approach.

If this resonates, follow along.

And if you want to go deeper, the stress-eating guide is linked in my bio

Self-sabotage isn’t about the M&M’s.

It’s about the negotiation.

“It’s just a small bowl.”

“I deserve this.”

“It’s been a long day.”

Sometimes you do choose the treat, intentionally.

But most of the time?

You’re negotiating against a commitment you already made…

Because you’re tired, depleted, and looking for relief,
and your brain knows exactly how to sell it.

The pattern isn’t the food.

It’s the quiet bargaining that happens when you’re done holding it together.

That’s the moment that actually matters.

If this sounds familiar, start with the stress eating guide…

Every January, women feel pressure to overhaul everything.

New rules.

New plans.

New levels of discipline.

But when clients come to me feeling stuck with food, it’s almost never because they didn’t try hard enough.

It’s because eating has started to take up too much mental space.

So going into a new year, we don’t start with restriction or resets.

We start by asking a better question:

Where does food still require more effort than you’d like?

Because when food requires less effort, everything else gets easier too.

If this resonates, DM “EASE”.

You don’t lose control with food because you lack discipline.

You lose control where you’ve been holding everything together all day.

Food isn’t the problem.

It’s the release valve.

And once you see that, the solution looks very different.

If food felt easier, what would it free up energy for?

Cravings aren’t a discipline problem.

They’re a biological response.

When you underfuel, skip meals, or try to “be good” all day, your body doesn’t calmly cooperate… it pushes back.

That’s why cravings get louder at night.

That’s why food feels harder the more you restrict.

This isn’t a mindset issue.

It’s a fuel issue.

When your body feels safe and nourished, the noise quiets down without force.

That’s the foundation we start with inside Eat With Ease.

If this feels like the piece you’ve been missing, DM EASE and I’ll ask a few simple questions to see if this would support you right now.

Hi, I’m Becky!

I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years (and absolutely love it!). As a fitness expert and fitness model, I’ve been featured on various media outlets including ABC, NBC, FOX, ESPN, WHNZ, The Business Journal, Women’s Running Magazine, Power Systems, and more!

Not only have I helped 1000's of women look and feel their best, but I’ve also felt the frustration and disappointment that you may be feeling now because you feel stuck or are tired of losing and gaining the same weight over and over.

I’ve tried more fitness and diet programs than I can count. Programs that left me yo-yo-ing back and forth, gaining and losing the same weight over and over again.

I’ve done programs with LOTS of cardio, wondering why I was constantly drained or lacking the results I desired.
