Write your governor. Call your lawmakers.

Every day people go missing.
Every day cases go cold.

They ask for funding every year for a cold case unit and it’s never approved.
Let’s pray this year is the year.

This is one of the things I think about daily… why would Agent Jack Charlton tell the medical examiner this?
The family doesn’t know about this necklace Carla was “given”. How does Agent Charlton know about a necklace that isn’t there? You have to know she had it to know it’s missing… did he know who gave it to her? Was he hoping the ME would come across it? Was it engraved? So many questions. Can’t speculate.. but I do know that you CAN NOT know something is missing unless you knew it was supposed to be there.

I want to say thank you to everyone who came out last night to celebrate the lives of Carla & Vickie. The love & support was truly felt by the family & myself. Thank you to Mike Weatherford The Mike Weatherford Show, Tater Hayes, the Allen Warren Band (who absolutely rocked) for making the night so special.

Ok .. before I post about last nights event I have to show you all the cutest place in the world to stay! This little house (AirBNB) in Dover, TN, is at The Pines Cottage at Kentucky. It’s all Dolly themed & an instagram haven for influencers. Slept like a baby. It was so comfortable & brought instant joy the second we walked in. If you come to the campground they also have boat parking. The outside was so perfect. I didn’t get to enjoy it because I wasn’t there long enough but can’t wait to comeback & sit outside.

As another little 80’s throwback ..
We will have a cute little bracelet area set up so you can make your own bracelet to wear. You can spell anything you want. Just be creative! It’ll be a great little reminder of the night we celebrate the lives of Vickie Stout & Carla Atkins.
There will be good people, good music, good food/drinks, & great time to be had talking about the good ol’ days.

Ok friends dont forget Oct.11 the celebration of the life of Carla Atkins and Vicky Stout at Tators. They were found murdered in LBL in 1980. Guest speakers will start at 6pm with the Allen Warren Band hitting the Stage at 7pm. Come and join in on this great celebration and help keep the memories alive.
