My clothes smelled like nothing…or worse! And it was twice as expensive as the stuff that worked!

I hated all the “clean” detergents I used until I found this ONE.

It still has safer ingredients, safe scent and sent free options, and it actually cleans even the smelliest, dirtiest restaurant clothes.

But it’s cheaper than most toxic brands and made in America!

That’s why I call it the GOAT.

I didn’t get a picture of the finished products, but the kids had a ball hammering and painting their cocoa mugs at the Home Depot kids workshop Saturday.

They do these the first weekend of every month, if you’ve never been to one. Can’t beat it for a FREE family activity!

I wanted to be good at it, I just wasn’t. But God worked on me and slowly my grumbling heart turned to gratitude for the work I do. My mess turned into my ministry….and when God is at the center and you have the right systems in place, things just fall together a little easier. That’s why I love to share the real life part…because it isn’t usually easy or aesthetic. It’s up to us to create beauty in the chaos. ❤️

7 years ago I was a normal 29 year old girl, working as a server and just living mom life.

I wasn’t unhappy, but I definitely felt like something was missing.

Then, I lost my mom and dad both to preventable diseases within less than a year.

To say it turned my world upside down is putting it lightly. I realized the value of time over any material thing and I became wildly aware of dis-ease.

I started to change habits as I grieved .

One of the first changes was becoming a stay at home mom. This wasn’t planned ahead of time, but became a permanent choice.

Then, I quit smoking. 🙌

I changed my diet and became more active…

Not every change I made was permanent.

I did a lot of extreme things during this time that I learned were not benefiting me long term.

But cleaning up my environment was.

I started with household supplies, then makeup, then I started using essential oils and supplements and became informed on ingredients, so I could make better choices for me and my kids.

We began homeschooling.

I started working from home, so I could continue to be present with them and spend my time where it counts most.

Which leads me to today. I still grieve my parents and I STILL am fighting to regain my health, but I knew losing them was going to change me, so I made sure it was a change for the better.

I have an understanding of the value of time, a very unique perspective on health and wellness, plus personal growth that couldn’t have been gained any other way.

I am who I am today because I lost them.

If you feel like something’s missing in your life…

If you’ve been through your own loss and you’re trying to climb out…

You’re not alone.

You don’t have to let it destroy you.

You can let something positive come from it.

People who love you would want that for you.

You can still build a happy life. I’m living proof.

A lot has changed for our family in the last few months.

And certainly in the world too.

We’re adding one more barefoot baby to the pack!

And with each blessing of motherhood...

I’m reminded why I do what I do!

Our children are the future.

We have to teach them the true way.

I want to raise chemical free babies that are not only physically healthy....

I want them to be mentally prepared...

And spiritually confident!

To take on the world and all the poison it has in store for them.

At the end of the day it’s me and them.

I love you guys.

I’m here to help.

But your health is not my responsibility.

Mine isn’t yours.

It’s up to the individual to be the best that they can be!

It doesn’t come from anything man made.

That’s the truth and my kids know it!

Praising God eternally for this abundant life!!! 🙌
