Inspired by Ayurveda (the ancient Indian holistic system of wellness), we add turmeric, ginger, black pepper, cinnamon and clove to raw honey creating a warm, comforting and anti-inflammatory botanical blend.
😋AND IT. IS. DELICIOUS.😋
This syrup can be added to warm water or milk of choice for a tea experience or enjoyed or as a sweetener replacement in your coffee, desserts, over pancakes, in oatmeal, but don't let us stop you there... USE IT HOW YOU PLEASE.
And we add BOTANICAL MAGIC to BEE MAGIC (aka: honey) and this creates alchemy.
Let's talk about the magic of the ingredients.
Because not only is this syrup YUM IN THE TUM, it's GOOD FOR THE TUM.
Turmeric contains a compound called curcumin and with pepperine (the science "magic" in black pepper), the body is better able to utilize the curcumin to reduce inflammation in the body which has been shown to help reduce symptoms of the conditions inflammation causes including, but not limited to:
Herbal formulation “turmeric extract, black pepper, and ginger” versus Naproxen for chronic knee osteoarthritis: A randomized, double-blind, controlled clinical trial- https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/ptr.6671

🧡Golden Honey - Raw honey, fresh grated turmeric and ginger, black pepper, cinnamon and clove. This creates an infused honey that is wonderful as a coffee sweetener as well as a tea on its own. Just add to hot water and enjoy! We also love it on pancakes, in oatmeal, as a sweetener in a fruit crumble and so much more.
🍇Elderberry Honey - 📍NEW PRODUCT ALERT📍 - This product is the same ingredients as our Classic syrup, except water. Elderberry juice is dried and then added directly to raw honey with lemon powder, cinnamon and clove making a more concentrated spoonful. Can be used like our Golden suggestions above or taken straight off the spoon.

We are nothing without community. 🫶🏼
Blair from Sustain Your Soul in Pensacola has been keeping Camp O sustained with love (and caffeine), generously sponsoring our coffee—especially during our UnMasked classes. That alone is a major blessing, since coffee is one of our biggest daily costs.
But Blair didn’t stop there. Out of nowhere, she popped in with something on her heart—and paid two of Camp O’s utility bills.
Let that sink in.
She didn’t have to. She just did. Because she cares.
Blair, we are beyond thankful for your kindness, your support, and the way you show up for these women. Thank you for checking on them, for seeing them, for showing them that they matter.
We love you, Big O Blair. You’re part of the family!

A soul with big dreams. The consistent theme always to change the world. In 2018 Blair had what most would consider an “ideal” life, I was degreed, a part of a successful global sales organization; my life was privileged, but the harm I saw large corporations doing to small businesses, our communities and society as a whole was taking a toll on me.
As a single mother, I was exhausted. Trying to fit myself into the corporate world that didn’t align with my moral standards had create a life that was killing me, not just physically, but spiritually. I couldn’t think, sleep, exist without pain, severe brain fog, so I decided to take a leave of absence (which ultimately resulted in a resignation). A holistic D.O. diagnosed me with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Hashimoto’s, an MTFHR genetic mutation with a prescription of stress reduction, real food and self-care (including detox, supplemental IVs and chiropractic care).
It was then I knew my life needed a drastic change and I dove into building a foundation for Sustain Your Soul. The goal has always been to make simple, small batch products with a focus on locally sourced ingredients. I knew the only way I would change my world on a macro scale would be to start with local impact.
The words used as the name of my company have a lot of meaning. They embody my vision for life as a whole.
Sustainability. What does that mean to you? What comes to mind?
For me it describes the holistic nature of what I aim to provide to you. As individuals we sustain ourselves wholly via spirit, mind and body: the ingredients of your soul.
Also, we sustain both our macro (Earth) and micro (the family you love and support, your community) worlds.
Through Sustain Your Soul’s reach I aim to support myself, you, this community and the Earth by prioritizing the below:
Support and recommend local farmers, ranchers and makers. Using as many locally sourced ingredients and vendors as possible.
Provide low toxin, well-sourced, non-GMO and organically grown products. (I’m less interested in a USDA organic label and more interested in speaking directly to the producer/grower.)
Friendship and community is important to me; I see it as integral to success. Tulsa is growing and being a central partner in helping build community for the those who've been in the area for a lifetime, or those who recently arrived, it’s important to help as many people as we can to immediately feel welcome.
The mission is about maintaining a whole, healthy person who can sustain a whole, healthy earth and community.
Thank you all for supporting, loving and spreading the word about Sustain Your Soul. It’s more than Elderberry Syrup. The goal is to build and sustain the best life we can for ourselves and generations to come.
