Many of y’all have been here since the “good ole days”.

The days when we were in 7 Tulsa retail locations and partnered with local produce deliverers.

I often personally delivered 10+ gallons of elderberry & golden syrup to 50-60 homes a week.

Those days Sustain Your Soul and being a mom were where 127% of my energy went.

In 2022 life got to me. I burnt out.

To let my somatic nervous system rest and sort out some things, I shut down full-time operations.

Since that time I’ve largely gotten the privilege to rest.

Lots of holistic healing that included pharmaceutical mental health support.

In that time I’ve been able to find balance personally that I plan to transfer into the reup of this business.

As we rebuild a new operational foundation in Florida, let’s talk about our principles:

1. Rooted in Nature🌿, Guided by Science🧬

We blend ancestral plant wisdom with modern evidence-based research to create effective, functional culinary products that nourish the body, mind, and spirit.

2. Accessibility is Wellness ✨

Healing should not be a luxury. We strive to keep our offerings approachable, inclusive, and understandable—free from elitism, shame, or dogma.

3. Integrity Over Hype 💖

We reject performative wellness culture, misinformation, and trends that exploit fear or trauma. We stay grounded in authenticity, transparency, and long-term wellbeing.

4. 🫂Decolonize & Reconnect

We honor the global lineages of herbal knowledge while committing to decolonization through sourcing, storytelling, and education. This means amplifying BIPOC voices, respecting traditional knowledge, and dismantling supremacy in wellness spaces.

5. 🍃Seasonal Living, Cyclical Wisdom ❄️

We embrace the intelligence of the seasons and the body’s natural rhythms. Our formulations are designed to support you in sync with nature, not against it.

6. Sustainability Is a Living Practice ♻️

From our ingredients to our packaging, we prioritize eco-conscious choices—but we don’t pretend to be perfect. Sustainability is not a marketing tactic; it’s an evolving relationship of care with the Earth.

7. 🫱🏼‍🫲🏾 Community is Medicine

We believe healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, our ancestors, our land, and each other. Our products are a tool, but the real magic lies in reweaving connection.

8. 🧖‍♀️You Are the Expert of Your Body

We encourage people to trust their innate wisdom and encourage you to be empowered by nuance as you discover modalities your healing process.

9. Small Batches, Big Intention 🍯

Each product is made with attention to detail, not mass production. We prioritize quality, integrity, and intention over scale.

10. Wholeness > Perfection 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Healing isn’t linear, aesthetic, or always pretty. We honor the messy, the joyful, the painful, and the sacred in the everyday. Wellness isn’t about fixing you—it’s about remembering you’re already whole.n c

Had a request for the supplements in my latest reel, so here we go!

Sometimes I throw the powders in coconut water and call it good, other times I omit the kencko powder pack and make a smoothie.

(labels in the comments)

Aldi and Trader Joe’s both have a good coconut water option that’s JUST COCONUT WATER 🥥 (what a concept 😆). Pensacola doesn’t have TJ, so I buy a case at a time from Aldi.

To that I add Joel Fuhrman, M.D.’s greens powder.

The Tea Lady’s “Calm the F*ck Down” & “Happy Gut” adaptogen blends. (Find her on IG, she’s out of Brooklyn and fabulous.)

Last I’m adding collagen. Not a fan of Dr.Axe’s extreme views, so I will not recommend his products based on not wanting to enable unethical behavior. That said, this is in the house and prior to buying something else, I’m using it, then will go another route for collagen peptides.

Lastly Barleans makes great Omega supps. This one has 3-6-9.

The above comes to 20ish grams of protein.

Add all this to a jar/glass, use your little frother, straw and BAM, some satiation for your morning.

Other powders I add depending on the day:

• Orgain protein powder (protein)
• PB powder (a lil’ extra protein)
• Cocoa Powder (naturally high in magnesium)
• Cinnamon (natural blood sugar balancer)

You can easily pivot the above into a smoothie with frozen fruit!

Side note: I’ve recently been concentrating on increasing my protein intake without removing anything from my diet. I am naturally having less cravings throughout the day and craving protein snacks like Greek yogurt with chia, nuts and fresh berries, smoothies and lots of salmon.

Protein over caloric focus has naturally helped me eat better. I feel better. Blood pressure is Perfection. More energy. Less anxiety. 💕

There are more humans on earth than there have ever been and there is more access to what's happening to humanity than ever.

Sometimes it can be heavy and difficult to stay soft, but ancestral knowledge via botanicals gives us answers to help support us when it feels like unprecedented times.

🌡️ Pulled out the pH monitor today and we are right where we need to be with more than enough wiggle room.

🍯Did you know chemically, honey/sugars are an acid and lower pH in food manufacturing? Well, now you do!

🍇Also, elderberry as an adaptogenic herb (immunomodulator) due to its ability to help support increased or decreased inflammation in the body as needed.

Learn these tidbits and MORE as we move in the direction of being a licensed food manufacturer in the State of Florida.

Our Why

A soul with big dreams. The consistent theme always to change the world. In 2018 Blair had what most would consider an “ideal” life, I was degreed, a part of a successful global sales organization; my life was privileged, but the harm I saw large corporations doing to small businesses, our communities and society as a whole was taking a toll on me.

As a single mother, I was exhausted. Trying to fit myself into the corporate world that didn’t align with my moral standards had create a life that was killing me, not just physically, but spiritually. I couldn’t think, sleep, exist without pain, severe brain fog, so I decided to take a leave of absence (which ultimately resulted in a resignation). A holistic D.O. diagnosed me with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Hashimoto’s, an MTFHR genetic mutation with a prescription of stress reduction, real food and self-care (including detox, supplemental IVs and chiropractic care).

It was then I knew my life needed a drastic change and I dove into building a foundation for Sustain Your Soul. The goal has always been to make simple, small batch products with a focus on locally sourced ingredients. I knew the only way I would change my world on a macro scale would be to start with local impact.

The words used as the name of my company have a lot of meaning. They embody my vision for life as a whole.
