David Hrizak is a seasoned real estate investor, visionary leader, and the co-founder and CEO of The Streamline Companies, a vertically integrated firm specializing in medical office and Class B office assets. With nearly 30 years in commercial real estate, David has built a reputation for leading with integrity, discipline, and deep operational expertise.

After a successful career in brokerage, development, and investing, David retired at 49. But
retirement didn’t stick. Driven by purpose rather than profit, he returned to the industry to help
others build meaningful wealth and legacy through strategic real estate investments.
Known for his gritty leadership style and no-nonsense approach, shaped by a tough upbringing in Chicago, David now mentors high-income professionals, pro athletes, and entrepreneurs looking for more than just financial returns.

Meet Our Guest: Lisa Wallenda Picard

Lisa Wallenda Picard was selected as the President and CEO of the National Fisheries Institute in December 2022. She leads an outstanding team of 20 seafood professionals who all have the same goal: to have more people eat more seafood.

In her previous role as the Senior Vice President for Policy, Trade, and Regulatory Affairs at the National Turkey Federation, Lisa led all regulatory matters, both domestic and international. She also served as the co-chair for USDA’s Agricultural Technical Advisory Committee for Trade in Animals and Animal Products. Earlier in her career, Lisa was the Chief of Staff for USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service, assisting in overseeing the 10,000-person agency that regulates and inspects meat, poultry, catfish and egg products for distribution in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to joining FSIS, Lisa served as National Director of Public Relations for Ringling Bros and Barnum and Bailey. She started her career as a staff assistant at the Republican National Committee. Lisa grew up working in her family business, the 9th generation of international circus performers.

Wallenda Picard earned an Executive Certificate at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, her Master's in Legislative Affairs from George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Flagler College. An avid hiker and a passionate Nationals baseball fan, she is a native of Sarasota, Florida and now resides in Northern Virginia with her family.
