That is exactly why we have already laid out our qualifications and requirements in the link provided. Please take a moment to read them carefully before sending me a message, so you can determine beforehand whether your work and preferences align with what we are looking for.

When we communicate our requirements, we are not asking anyone to change their personal preferences or rules. We are simply explaining ours.

You are free to decide whether our guidelines work for you or not. Likewise, we are also free to decide whether a submission fits the standards we have set for our team and our audience.

There is no need to take every requirement personally, and there is no need to argue when a particular preference does not work for you.

Your rule is your choice.
Our rule is our choice, too.

If our guidelines are not something you are comfortable with, that is perfectly okay. You are free to decline, and there are no hard feelings. We simply want to make sure that the writers who approach us already know what we are looking for.
