Danny - longest resident of the shelter, 6 year old male, neutered, dog friendly, no cats

Chaz - 2 year old male, neutered, dog friendly

Russell - 2 to 4 year old male, no other dogs, no cats

Blaze - 4 year old male, unknown with other pets

Diamond - 2 year old female, unknown with other pets

Tango - 1 year old male, unknown with other pets

Violet - 3 to 5 year old female, spayed, no other dogs, no cats

Ella came from a neglectful situation at around 7 months old. She would have been at the shelter for 365 days this month. Happy that she didn’t hit that mark!! Have fun sweet ella!

Russell is still waiting for his forever home!

He was found in the streets of perth amboy and never claimed. Russell possess your typical terrier quirks but has shown to be a sweet boy. He is a fast, playful, demanding little guy and would do great in an adult only home. He is not a fan of other dogs, so no other dogs for this guy. No cats due to his breed. Russell is estimated to be 2-4 years old and is still waiting to be adopted 💔

Loki has been with us since December 2025 and no interest!💔

Loki was surrendered after no longer being wanted. He is 3 years old and full of personality. We were told Loki had to be put away when strangers came into the home, specifically men. We are looking for a women only household. He loves the female volunteers and he did warm up to the male staff at the shelter so we believe multiple slow, positive interactions with a man can be done. He is very energetic but sweet. meet and greet required if another dog resides in the home.

UPDATE: HELP FOUND. THANK YOU EVERYONE🙏 Thank you to CASA-Coalition of Advocates for Shelter Animals for taking these babies and trying to give them a chance. We are hoping they pull through but they are super tiny.

URGENT: Is there anyone with bottle feeding experience available to take 4 newborn kittens with umbilical cord attached and bottle feed them for the Perth Amboy Animal Shelter??? Please message us ASAP or comment on this post. These kittens must be fed at least every 2-3 hours and they won’t make it at the shelter!!!
