Ingredients:

500g squid, cleaned and cut into rings
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until the onion is soft and translucent.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning.

Stir in the diced tomatoes and tomato paste, followed by the dried oregano, dried thyme, and red pepper flakes if using. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

Directions:

📝 Ingredienti (per 4–6 persone)
🐐 Per il Curry Goat:
1.2 kg di carne di capra a pezzi (con osso, se possibile) 🐐

2 cucchiai di curry giamaicano in polvere (tipo Betapac o Chief) 🌶️

1 cucchiaino di paprika affumicata (opzionale) 🔥

1 cucchiaino di pimento in polvere (o 5 grani interi) 🌰

2 rametti di timo fresco 🌿

4 spicchi di aglio tritati 🧄

1 cipolla grande tritata 🧅

2 cipollotti tritati 🌱

1 peperoncino Scotch Bonnet intero (o metà, se preferisci meno piccante) 🌶️

1 pezzo di zenzero fresco (2 cm), grattugiato 🧑‍🍳🫚

1 cucchiaio di aceto o succo di lime 🍋

1 cucchiaino di sale grosso 🧂

2 cucchiai di olio vegetale 🛢️

600 ml di acqua o brodo caldo 🍲

1 patata grande, pelata e tagliata a cubi 🥔

🍚 Per il Riso al Cocco:
300g di riso Jasmine o Basmati 🍚

400ml di latte di cocco (1 lattina) 🥥

200ml di acqua 💧

1 rametto di timo 🌿

1 spicchio d’aglio schiacciato 🧄

½ cucchiaino di sale 🧂

1 cucchiaino di zucchero di canna (facoltativo) 🍯

👨‍🍳 Preparazione: Curry Goat
1️⃣ Marina la carne
In una ciotola capiente, aggiungi la carne di capra, il curry in polvere, aglio, cipolla, zenzero, cipollotti, pimento, timo, aceto, sale e un filo d’olio. Mescola bene e lascia marinare almeno 2 ore, meglio tutta la notte in frigo. 🛌🌶️

2️⃣ Rosola e sigilla i sapori
Scalda l’olio in una pentola capiente. Aggiungi la carne marinata (con cipolle e spezie) e rosola su fuoco medio-alto finché diventa ben dorata su tutti i lati 🔥🍖.

3️⃣ Cottura lenta
Aggiungi acqua o brodo fino a coprire la carne. Metti il peperoncino intero (non tagliarlo, così il curry non diventa eccessivamente piccante). Porta a ebollizione, poi abbassa il fuoco e cuoci coperto per circa 1 ora e mezza, mescolando ogni tanto 🕰️🍲.

4️⃣ Aggiungi patate
Dopo 1 ora e mezza, aggiungi le patate a cubetti e cuoci altri 25–30 minuti finché tutto è tenero e il sugo si è ridotto e addensato 🥔❤️.

👩‍🍳 Preparazione: Coconut Rice
1️⃣ Lava il riso
Sciacqua bene il riso sotto acqua fredda finché l'acqua è chiara (così resta soffice) 💧🍚.

2️⃣ Cuoci con amore
In una casseruola, unisci il riso, il latte di cocco, l’acqua, il timo, l’aglio, il sale e lo zucchero (se usi). Porta a bollore, poi abbassa il fuoco, copri e cuoci per 15–18 minuti finché il liquido è assorbito. Lascia riposare 5 minuti a fuoco spento 🥥🍚🌿.

🍽️ Come servire
Servi il curry di capra caldo con una generosa porzione di riso al cocco, un po' di peperoncino fresco se ti piace extra hot 🔥 e una spolverata di cipollotto fresco o prezzemolo 🌱.

👉 Aggiungi una fetta di lime a lato per una nota acida 🌿🍋

Se non trovi carne di capra, puoi usare agnello o manzo come alternativa 🐑🥩

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 1 lemon (about 3 tbsp)

4 cloves garlic, minced

For the Pasta & Sauce:
12 oz bowtie pasta

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Bowtie Pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.

Step 2: Sear the Chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Easy Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna Recipe

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 jar (24 oz) of your favorite pasta sauce

1 lb ground beef, browned and drained (use 2 lbs for extra meatiness if desired)

Directions

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat and set the beef aside.

Lightly grease the bottom and sides of your crockpot.

Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.

Place a layer of frozen cheese ravioli over the sauce.

Sprinkle a portion of the browned ground beef over the ravioli.

Add a layer of shredded Parmesan and mozzarella cheese on top of the beef.

Repeat the layers—pasta sauce, ravioli, ground beef, and cheeses—until all ingredients are used, ending with a final layer of cheese on top.

Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the ravioli is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
