Creamy Garlic Chicken Recipe 🍗🧄
1: Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1 cup cooking cream

Salt, pepper, and parsley to taste

2: Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat butter in a pan, add garlic, and sauté until golden.
2️⃣ Add chicken breasts and cook both sides until golden brown.
3️⃣ Pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 10 minutes.
4️⃣ Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve warm.

Crispy on the outside, cheesy and savory inside — these golden chimichangas are packed with flavorful beef and melty cheese perfection! 😍✨

Yield: 6 chimichangas

Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1 tsp chili powder
• ½ tsp cumin
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 cup refried beans (optional)
• 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
• 6 large flour tortillas
• Oil for frying
• Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole, green onions

Instructions:

1. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
3. Warm tortillas slightly for easy rolling.
4. Spoon some refried beans (if using) in the center of each tortilla, followed by beef mixture and a generous handful of cheese.
5. Fold sides in, then roll tightly into a burrito shape, securing with toothpicks if needed.
6. Heat 1 inch of oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Fry chimichangas 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.
7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite toppings.

Caramel Chocolate Coffee Cheesecake 🍰☕🍫
For the crust:
• 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs (Petibör + cocoa are also possible)
• ½ cup butter (melted)

Chocolate layer:
• 1 cup dark chocolate or milk chocolate (melted)
• 2 packages cream cheese (400 g total)
• ½ cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Coffee layer:
• 1 package cream cheese (200 g)
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ cup cream
• 2 teaspoons instant coffee (dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water)
• 2 eggs

For garnish:
• Caramel sauce (can be store-bought)
• Extra melted chocolate for garnish (as desired)



Preparation:
1. Prepare the base:
Mix the cookie crumbs with the melted butter.
Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
2. Prepare the chocolate layer:
Mix cream cheese and sugar.
Add the eggs and continue mixing at low speed.
Add the melted chocolate and stir in.
Pour onto the prepared base and smooth with a spatula.
3. Prepare the coffee layer:
Mix cream cheese + sugar + cream.
Add the melted chocolate.
Then add the eggs and continue mixing.
Carefully pour this onto the chocolate layer.
4. Baking:
Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for 45–55 minutes.
If the center jiggles slightly, the cake is done.
Turn off the oven and let the cake rest in the oven with the door open for 20 minutes.
5. Cooling:
Once it reaches room temperature, let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
6. Serve:
Drizzle generously with caramel sauce.
If you like, you can also add a thin line of chocolate sauce 😍

🍗 Sticky Garlic Chicken Bites with Herbed Rice & Veggie Medley 🥔🍄🍅

Ingredients 🛒
For the Chicken:

2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks 🍗

2 tbsp soy sauce 🧂

2 tbsp honey 🍯

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄

1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (slurry)

1 tbsp olive oil 🫒

Pinch of chili flakes 🌶️ (optional)

For the Rice:

1 cup jasmine or basmati rice 🍚

2 cups water 💧

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 🌿

Salt to taste 🧂

For the Mushrooms:

1 cup button mushrooms, halved or whole 🍄

1/2 small onion, sliced 🧅

1 tbsp olive oil or butter 🧈

Salt & pepper to taste

For the Potatoes:

2 small yellow potatoes, diced 🥔

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

For Garnish:

1 small tomato, sliced 🍅

Extra parsley for topping 🌿

Instructions 👨‍🍳

Cook the rice: Rinse the rice under cold water. Add to a pot with 2 cups water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low for 12–15 minutes. Once cooked, fluff with a fork and mix in chopped parsley.

Prepare the potatoes: Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Roast in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp.

Sauté mushrooms: In a pan, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onions and sauté for 6–8 minutes until browned and tender. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the chicken: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook for 6–7 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Make the sticky sauce: In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, and chili flakes. Pour over the chicken in the pan. Let it bubble for 2 minutes.

Thicken the sauce: Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for another 1–2 minutes until the sauce is glossy and coats the chicken.

Assemble the plate: Serve herbed rice, sticky chicken, roasted potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, and sliced tomato. Garnish with more parsley and enjoy warm.

📝 Notes & Variations

Swap potatoes for sweet potatoes or fries.

Add bell peppers or zucchini for extra veggies.

Chicken thighs can be used for juicier bites.

Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Mashed Potatoes & Broccoli 🥩🧈🥔🥦✨
Ingredients:

400 g sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into cubes 🥩

3 medium potatoes 🥔

2 tbsp butter 🧈

3 garlic cloves, minced 🧄

1 tbsp olive oil 🫒

½ cup beef broth 🍖

1 tsp soy sauce

Salt & black pepper to taste 🧂

1 tbsp chopped parsley 🌿

1 cup broccoli florets 🥦

Instructions:

Boil potatoes until soft, mash with butter, salt, and a little milk.

Steam broccoli until tender-crisp and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a pan, season steak cubes with salt and pepper, and sear until browned on all sides.

Add butter and garlic, cook for 1 minute. Pour in beef broth and soy sauce, let it simmer until slightly thickened.

Serve steak bites over mashed potatoes with sauce and broccoli on the side. Sprinkle parsley on top. 🌿
