Change is constantly happening. In the spirit of that, this post is a reintroduction of me & the ways that I'm impacting the world through the work I do based on some transitions that have happened in the past few years.
Finding solace in the stillness is something many feel challenged by- especially when navigating change & transitions. I've spent the past 40 days in a lot of stillness to see where God is pointing me ππ
I founded my business, Proffit Coach with the philosophy that JOY is the Best Business Strategyβ’. These days, I am helping mission-driven leaders who are navigating changes in their business, life, or relationships feel confidence, joy & peace in the face of the uncertainties that the change is bringing on.
Working as a supportive mentor, coach, and consultant we co-create plans with clients in a way that integrates their faith, values, & natural strengths into what they do & how they do it. My approach is informed by over 2 decades of work in Human Resources, Coaching, Sales, Marketing, & Operations in many different industries. Those who know her, can attest that in the face of multiple major life changes in a very condensed time frame, she has cultivated a unique & powerful approach to navigating transitions. Alison will also often offer powerful intercessory prayer & guides people to find solace in the stillness so they can hear what God is whispering to them about the path to fulfilling their purpose during seasons of change.
Let's have a conversation, if you find yourself feeling lonely in a season of change, where you are navigating uncertainty, overthinking, or are chasing down the "right" decision. Perhaps, deep down you actually have clarity around what needs to happen in the transition but you are avoiding stepping fully into it because you feel scared, guilty or are afraid of disappointing others or even yourself.
When we are paralyzed during transitions, the confidence we normally show up with begins to waver & this often bleeds into other areas of our life. Let's explore what it would be like for you to feel more solace & peace in the face of transitions in your life. More details are in the comments below.
