Aujourd’hui, nous terminons notre deuxième mois de construction de Viria Digital.
Je pourrais seulement vous parler de ce qui fonctionne. Mais construire un business, ce n’est pas ça.

C’est aussi tester. Se tromper. Apprendre. Ajuster. Et continuer.

𝐂𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐢 𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡é:
La régularité. Publier chaque jour, même imparfaitement.
Les posts personnels. Mon parcours et mes expériences créent les échanges les plus profonds.
Répondre aux commentaires. C’est ainsi qu’une audience devient une communauté.
L’authenticité. Pas besoin d’être parfait pour créer une connexion. Il faut être vrai.

𝐂𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐢 𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐞𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
La conversion. Une communauté qui grandit, c’est bien. Mais Viria Digital doit aussi apprendre à transformer cette attention en clients et en résultats concrets.
La vidéo. Je dois maintenant aller plus loin et devenir beaucoup plus régulier avec les Reels et les contenus vidéo.
Les collaborations. Je n’ai pratiquement pas encore exploité ce levier. C’est un chantier pour la suite.

Many aspiring entrepreneurs don’t lack ideas.
They are mostly held back by certain beliefs:

“I need money to get started.”
“I have to wait until I’m ready.”
“What if I fail?”
“I don’t know enough.”

That’s where the Entrepreneur Mindset Shift begins.

Moving from a mindset that waits for the right conditions…
to a mindset that looks for solutions, tests, learns, and takes action.

Here are a few simple shifts to make:

Old belief: I need money to get started.
New mindset: First, I need a solution that someone wants.

Old belief: I have to wait until I’m ready.
New mindset: Action creates readiness.

Old belief: What if I fail?
New mindset: Failure is feedback. I learn and adjust.

Old belief: I don’t know enough.
New mindset: I can learn by doing.

Most importantly, turn each new mindset into a micro-action.
Ask a potential customer a question. Test a small idea. Publish your offer.

Help someone using a skill you already have.
Your beliefs are the foundation of your business.

If you change the way you think, you change the way you act.
And when your actions change, your results can change too.

Beaucoup de futurs entrepreneurs ne manquent pas d’idées.
Ils sont surtout bloqués par certaines croyances:

« J’ai besoin d’argent pour commencer. »
« Je dois attendre d’être prêt. »
« Et si j’échoue ? »
« Je n’en sais pas assez. »

C’est là que commence le Entrepreneur Mindset Shift.

Passer d’une mentalité qui attend les bonnes conditions…
à une mentalité qui cherche une solution, teste, apprend et agit.

Voici quelques changements simples à faire:

Ancienne croyance : J’ai besoin d’argent pour commencer.
Nouvelle pensée : J’ai besoin d’abord d’une solution que quelqu’un veut.

Ancienne croyance : Je dois attendre d’être prêt.
Nouvelle pensée : L’action crée la préparation.

Ancienne croyance : Et si j’échoue ?
Nouvelle pensée : L’échec est un feedback. J’apprends et j’ajuste.

Ancienne croyance : Je n’en sais pas assez.
Nouvelle pensée : Je peux apprendre en faisant.

Et surtout: transforme chaque nouvelle pensée en micro-action.
Pose une question à un client potentiel. Teste une petite idée. Publie ton offre.

Aide une personne avec une compétence que tu possèdes déjà.
Tes croyances sont la fondation de ton business.

Si tu changes ta façon de penser, tu changes ta façon d’agir.

Et quand tes actions changent, tes résultats peuvent changer aussi.

I know some people reading this believe it’s already too late.
Too old to start over.

Not qualified enough.
Not connected enough.

Too many responsibilities.
Too much time to make up for.

I could use those same excuses myself.
I started Viria Digital at an age when many people think it’s time to simply “settle down.”

I’m building this project while working 2 full-time jobs.
I didn’t have a large network in the digital business world to give me a head start.

And yet, I started. Not because all the conditions were right.
I started with what I had, right where I was.

Two months later, Viria Digital exists. A community is growing.
I’m learning. I’m testing. I’m making mistakes. I’m progressing.

So, if you’re looking back at the years behind you today and thinking, “I should have started earlier,” I want to tell you this: Stop negotiating with time.

It won’t give you back the years that have passed.
But it can still give you the years ahead.

At 30, 40, 50, 60, or beyond, perhaps the real question isn’t:
“Is it too late for me?”

But rather:
“What can I still build with the time I have left?”

Je sais que certaines personnes qui me lisent pensent qu’il est déjà trop t**d.
Trop vieux pour recommencer.

Pas assez qualifié.
Pas assez connecté.

Trop de responsabilités.
Trop de ret**d à rattraper.

Je pourrais moi-même utiliser ces excuses.
J’ai commencé Viria Digital à un âge où beaucoup pensent qu’il faut simplement « se stabiliser ».

Je construis ce projet tout en cumulant 2 jobs à temps plein.
Je n’avais pas un grand réseau dans le business digital pour me propulser.

Et pourtant, j’ai commencé. Pas parce que toutes les conditions étaient réunies.
J’ai commencé avec ce que j’avais, là où j’étais.

Deux mois plus t**d, Viria Digital existe. Une communauté se construit.
J’apprends. Je teste. Je fais des erreurs. Je progresse.

Alors si tu regardes aujourd’hui les années qui sont derrière toi en te disant : « J’aurais dû commencer plus tôt », j’aimerais te dire ceci: Arrête de négocier avec le temps.

Il ne te rendra pas les années passées.
Mais il peut encore te donner celles qui viennent.

À 30, 40, 50, 60 ans ou plus, la vraie question n’est peut-être pas:
« Est-ce trop t**d pour moi? »

Mais plutôt :
« Qu’est-ce que je peux encore construire avec le temps qu’il me reste ? »

This second month with Viria Digital has taught me a lot about the way I use AI.

At first, like many people, I was tempted to ask AI to do almost everything for me.
But gradually, I changed my approach.

L’utiliser comme un miroir de ma réflexion — 𝐩𝐚𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞 𝐥’𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐞 𝐦𝐚 𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬é𝐞.

Et j’ai remarqué une différence dans la qualité de mon contenu et dans les échanges avec ma communauté.
