Calamari with spicy red sauce
Sauté garlic and red chili pepper flakes. Add tomato passata and some chopped tomatoes and fresh parsley. Add some white wine and let it evaporate.
Add the calamari previously cleaned. Let them cook for 15/20 minutes, the timing depends on the size of the calamari. Add water if needed. Serve hot with toasted bread, the sauce is the best part!

100% ORGANIC Vareniki with Potato - vareniki are the Eastern European cousin of the pierogi.
They are made with love in Brooklyn using the family recipe and they are filled with potato and onion. These potato vareniki are very flavorful so you can just boil them and serve with butter or olive oil.
I served mine with a creamy sauce made with butter and pecorino cheese. Such a crowd pleaser!
