As I'm creating, rewriting and reworking my music for new releases, it dawned on me that I have tons of recordings that I believe are great, but I'll probably never revisit them in the studio. The demo that always could is now a full blown, realized, and produced single!! It was written in 2006 at a baby grand piano on a cold New York winter morning. It was finally professionally recorded on a hot summer afternoon in 2024 at 1935 Studio in Philadelphia. What a journey. Fun Fact: The acoustic guitar is played by the amazing Gabriel Gordon, who played with Natalie Merchant for many years. Blessings all over this track. Take a listen on Spotify here:
